Only difference is one was exported from Adobe Premiere at 30fps with optical flow interpolation and one at 60fps with the same. Somehow the 60fps version apparently compresses better. [23:18:54 CEST] <kepstin> asdzxc: there's some metadata and such in various containers that's either random or time sensitive each run; some codecs (e.g. x264 multithreaded) are non-deterministic.
[23:20:27 CEST] <kepstin> there are options that cover some cases which can make things deterministic, but they're ether not recommended for general use (e.g. deterministic ogg stream ids can cause issues) or cause slowdowns (like doing single-threaded x264).
