There are 2 things:
- ffmpeg2theora is an libavcodec/libavformat deriver program
- in streaming environment it have a huge MEMLEAKS - so you can encode
files, not streams in an 24x7 style.
Look at videolan.org 's VLC - it _can_ do live encoding in Ogg/Theora. But
these streams are accessible only via http protocol...
