Well, frankly I can't tell whether such streams have no PMT or whether
mpegts.c just doesn't parse it.  But I know for sure that pat_cb() or
pmt_cb() are never executed, and therefore pcr_pid is not set.

mplayer plays/seeks the streams without a hitch, and with my patch
ffmpeg does too.

What crucial information is in the PMT?
