basically the big is

svn cp imgresample.c ppc/imgresample_altivec.c
svn cp ppc/dsputil_altivec.c ppc/check_altivec.c
svn cp ppc/dsputil_altivec.h ppc/util_altivec.h

and that made the patch look that huge.
