I think you're mistaken. NOT using refill2 should be the best choice on
Athlon-XP. It's only used in the slower non-asm-optimized version. If
it's used when compiling FFmpeg then either you're using some options
that prevent full optimization or it's FFmpeg configure that has
problems.
