I would like to cut parts of it to remove commercials. since I do not want to re-encode the whole video, I use mkvmerge to cut the stream at keyframes and ffmpeg to only encode the parts between the keyframes where the cuts are. this works perfectly fine for video. However if I extract the audio with the given time from the original mkv and then mux the audio stream and all video snippets into
