I do not think so: the algorithm can work for absolutely any ratio. The effect on the spectrum will not be as clean if the ratio is not an integer, but that is another problem.

I really lost any motivation to deal with Nicolas George behavior. So I please ask again for TC to deal with this. There are too many great patches lost because of his behavior.
