However, all surround files that use the bl and center channels at the same time will be too loud in the resulting file's right channel. Why am I submitting this bug report here? Both apps' video playing capabilities are powered by ffmpeg, so I think that the issue lies here somewhere. The problem is, I cannot reproduce this problem using just ffmpeg/ffplay. In addition to that, other videos encoded using the same software and settings are played back properly in all players, so I think that's not an issue with the video. I tested several configurations of players and operating systems while trying to play both the stream and the downloaded file. This still actual for SNB GPU. The main issue is h264 with refs > 11 decoded on DXVADDI_Intel_ModeH264_E device with artifacts. I run one by one instance (process) of encoding on the system. The application is working fine and I was able to encode, receive and play the streams using a player running on a STB (Set Top Box). The encoding was OK till running the 5 th instance. When I started running the 6th encoding instance on the system, the stream output starts freezing in all the 6 encoded outputs.
