An extra feature that would useful is the evaluation of True Peak. I'm not skilled enough to assist with implementation. The steps are explained in the spec in the last Annex 2 at: http://www.itu.int/dms_pubrec/itu-r/rec/bs/R-REC- BS.1770-3-201208-I!!PDF-E.pdf Basically 4x over sampling needs to occur by placing 0's between the samples, then a low-pass "interpoloation" filter needs to occur to remove the high frequency noise created in the over sampling process, then the true peak values can be retrieved.
