I would like to use ffmpeg to make a PNG image of one
frame of a movie file.
For example one frame at 00:10:00 in timeline.
How can i do it?

Can anybody tell me how to test ffserver without any capture cards?
I have ever tried the following command to simulate the stream feeded by ffmpeg.
"# ./ffmpeg -i ./test.mpeg http://localhost:8090/feed1.ffm"
It seems fine that the ffmpeg feeds the stream to ffserver in the server side,
except some strange messages, "error, non monotone timestamps 1133407352603038 >= 1133407352536372".
However, the WMP 9.0 did NOT show any video in the client side.
Is it reasonable to test the ffserver by this way?
If it is negative, how should i test the ffserver without capture card?
My ffmpeg package is the latest CVS version (20051201) and the ffserver.conf is as following:
