Hello, I'm doing a capture of an image from the docker using my web cam, but the docker is doing it at a resolution of 176x144 and outside of the docker in my localhost it takes it to 640x360, in both it's the same installation, I do not know it's happening: Docker ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Add time code AND a watermark in one pass

Hi all, I have figured out from various sources how to add a watermark using a png file. Works well enough. What I also want to do is add timecode at 00:00:00:00 to my video as a text overlay. I have tried a few variations with the filter_complex, but I cant seem to get past any number of issues. In particular I get an issue with both text and a text file.. though I am never loading a text file, when trying to use drawtext. This is on a windows machine, though I suspect other than some of the batch syntax, it would be the same call on linux or mac. In particular I am trying to convert a directory of MOV DNxHR encoded videos to H.265, with the watermark AND timecode added. I think it would not be hard to add them in two passes.. e.g. add timecode first pass with copy mode, to keep it as DNxHR, then 2nd pass add watermark and convert to H.265 with lower resolution. I was hoping, however, to do it all in one pass, so as to save a lot of time. Here is what I have, which fails with Cannot find a valid font for the family Sans. Even though I specify the font file, and have tried by using \\ and \\\ as well. One time I was able to get past that, though I dont recall how now, and got the issue of the using both text and a text file with drawtext. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Naturally the watermark.png is the watermark image. My source DNxHR is 4K. I tried to explain the ffmpeg command-line I'm using, however, as I don't know ffmpeg that well, my understanding of the command-line itself is limited. h264 and opus in mp4 container

Hi All, >From below link i saw that mp4 container can have h264 as video codec and opus as audio codec. so i tried both codecs in to mp4 using ffmpeg, but external player like mplayer, vlc and kmp are failing to decode voice . i.e while playing mp4 file there is only video no voice. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_video_container_formats Procedure followed using ffmpeg: 1. From sample mp4 file, i have separated audio(aac codec) and video(h264) in to different files . 2. aac trans-coded to opus 3. tried to merge video and audio(opus) in to single mp4 please let me know 1. whether ffmpeg support above codecs in single mp4 file or issue with external player . Hello everyone - I am trying hard to rip my own DVD collection onto my fileserver but it doesn't work properly. UDP to RDP multicast configuraton

Hi, I am trying to use ffmpeg to accept a live UDP SPTS stream from a remote site and retransmit it on my LAN in RTP multicast format. The source contains one video and two audio in TS format and I want to simply repackage that stream into RTP. I can use VLC's streaming wizard to perform this conversion, but VLC is not supported in my target system while ffmpeg is running both here on my Mac and there. only my production linux server. In the attached session I can get ffmpeg to output my RTP multicast on 239.1.2.3:5004, but I have to filter out the audios and my VLC client complains that there is a missing SDP description in the stream. It seems to me that I am only a few cmd line arguments away from having this working and I would appreciate any help offered.
