[FFmpeg-user] deckLink card

I was wondering if anyone has used a decklink blackmagic card , on Linux or windows with any success. and or - what hardware capture cards might folks endorse as successful with ffmpeg. I wish to capture sdi vide , with iether embbeded audio or seperate aes audio. Thanks
