[Ffmpeg-user] Picture in Picture

Can anyone help me work out if I can do some Picture in Picture transcoding with ffmpeg? I want to be able to overlay one mp4 into the bottom left hand of another mp4. Any comments/suggestions are welcomed. Thanks
