I'm trying to decode a 125mb hi-def quicktime (The serentity trailer from the apple site) but as soon as it goes to decode the first video stream packet, it hangs. can anyone confirm hi-def movs can be played back? I know i already asked a similar question but no one answered, and i need an answer. ffmpeg-devel isn't really just for developers rather than for normal users?
wouldn't it be better that a developer monitoring this users forum picks up these two issues (one bug and one feature request) and makes the appropriate steps on the developers forum?
