Maybe just knowing if ffmpeg can play video scrambled file would be the first thing. If not, what is the reason. Ask yourself, how should ffmpeg be able to recognise audio/video/timing etc of a scrambled video ? AFAIK impossible. Ffmpeg needs to recognise these streams and while streaming scramble it and at the receiving side it first has to be descrambled before it can be played.
