I've tried to google "ffserver" and "cygwin" but could not find too much information. Just wonder if anyone has successfully run ffserver on cygwin. Or is it simply impossible to do it? Thanks for your help.

The message is not Cygwin/Windows specific. I would suggest to Google for "Address family not supported by protocol" and play a bit with the BindAddress line in the conf file. Regards, V?ctor
