Hi, I'm currently working on the first stage of a solution to do automated media encoding for mobile phones. I think ffmpeg a good solution to use. The only thing is ffmpeg doesn't really support maxbitrate or CBR for h263 like helix or xenon2pro does. For some mobile services it is required to limit the peak rates. Is it possible to really create fixed bitrate 3gp's or will it be possible in the future? Tim de Jong
