List members, I have experience in installing helix servers. We have cases where the real producer box is in a remote site , away from the helix box. The real producer box can push the encoded stream to the helix box to be served to users. Additionally this kind of a setup also became useful where the remote site did not have a fixed ip ( dynamic dns/router port forwarding not possible) and therefore had to push content to the helix box which had a fixed ip. 1. Can a FFmpeg solution do the same with two servers ? Bye, Marco. --------------------------------- Talk is cheap. Use Yahoo! Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1?/min.
