A friends ask me if it was possible to convert a MP4 movie in MPEG2-TS with some free software. I do it for him using FFMPEG, but he said that their is no Program Clock Reference (PCR) field, so he can not stream it properly. Is it possible to set it properly with ffmpeg or with an other tools ? Thanks, brice.
