hi, I'm running ffmpeg, it is reading from stdin and writes to stdout. When I start it for a couple of seconds it doesn't output anything. If I use an output codec with small bitrate this can take minutes which is really bad, because I want to segment the stream and stream it with a web server. I tried several command line parameteres related to various buffers but none of them seems to solve the problem. Is there a parameter to fix this? -- Karoly Horvath software engineer
