Strange, I have only 3.2 samples and the all worked.

I tested these files:

VP3-Artifact.mov
fluendo-live.ogg
j0011_5.ogg
m021_300_1_70.ogg
te.ogg
test_theora.ogg
vp3_ipaq.avi

And strangely without this patch, no theora file works for me (it hangs
in reading infinite comments)

The problem is that really different bitstreams are all called 3.2.
Could you upload this file to somewhere?
