This is for automated testing. More likely, the system would encode the
file and run a checksum to compare against an official checksum, much
like the current set of regression tests. The difference is that this is
much more granular.

Will the encoding even work if lame is not installed? My current policy
is to just test FFmpeg, not external modules like LAME.
