This appears to change the meaning. The original phrasing said that
reasons for rejection include "speed loss for the sake of supporting an
obscure corner case" and "high complexity for the sake of supporting an
obscure corner case". This says that reasons for rejection include
"speed loss for the sake of supporting some obscure corner case" or
"high complexity". Obviously, some parts of FFmpeg *are* highly complex,
simply by nature; I rather doubt that a patch which introduces high
complexity will necessarily be rejected just on that basis.

Also, the ellipsis at the end would probably be better replaced with an
"et cetera" or the like than simply dropped entirely.
