Hmm didn't know we didn't support x86_64 + gcc 2.95.3 (which is good
news) . Anyhow it only works for x86_32 and as we can see it barely
works, and shows it age. So removing gcc 2.95.3 + x86_32 support means
ripping off gcc 2.95.3 support completely which would be awesome and
would let ffmpeg use modern C features.
