The configure script fails under MinGW starting with revision 12574.

The 12573 revision is fine. The reason is:

TMPE="${TMPDIR1}/ffmpeg-conf-${RANDOM}-$$-${RANDOM}" (12573 - fine)
TMPE="${TMPDIR1}/ffmpeg-conf-${RANDOM}-$$-${RANDOM}${EXESUF}" (12574 - broken)
