You're very welcome, there is still some work left, and I have much work 
pending, however I'll try to get back on it, maybe Tomer will help too 
hopefully.

As I understood, a full h264 parser would be needed, however there is 
still the possibility of disabling the timestamps generation code 
through an option. The latter might be an appreciable short-time fix.

I'll try to get a patch for this if it's acceptable.
