if someone wants a sparc, he should contact sun, id guess they would
donate one, its in their interrest after all if software is tested and
optimized for their hardware.
And if that person doesnt know whom to contact, id try asking roman
shaposhnick as he IIRC works at sun, he probably can put you in
contact with whoever can approve such a hw donation.
