For me, this change breaks the sample from issue 1134:
incoming/FFplay_MPEG4_not_smooth//FFplay_MPEG4_not_smooth.avi
It now initially lags a bit, and plays fast-forward then (while panning over the
tree) for a moment to regain
A/V sync.
I can also reproduce the issue if I re-encode the file with
ffmpeg -i FFplay_MPEG4_not_smooth.avi out.avi
(mplayer plays both files without a lag and without fast-forward.)
