You removed code that is a prerequestie to spliting the core h263 routines
from the rest.
Like you say you loose motivation, this changed my 5% motivation to 0% to
ever do this split. Its no fun at all to guard every unfinished piece of
code from your "cleanups". And then when one complains instead of reverting
you start these long discussions if its semantic change or not or
how a line could be written in proper english.
I could have used the time spend in this discussion to actually improve the
readability of the code that is somethng you wont do
but i spend it in this discussion.
Please put the code related to any_h263 back
also please put the outcommented line of code back you removed.
