yes

its just for matters where quite official things like javadoc/doxygen
guidelines are overridden where i really think the people who wrote this
knew what they did and they where sufficiently qualified to pick the
correct grammatic forms.

I as leader of ffmpeg have asked diego to close uotis account for ffmpeg
long ago to perempt what had happened to mplayer. Diego did not do this.
Only after i threatened to move ffmpeg to a different server has he choosen
against my will to arbitrarily remove dozends of people from the list of
ffmpeg commiters, uoti amongth them.

And i belive that we lost some potential contributors, especially in the
area of english documentation because diego removed all the mplayer docs
people back then too. None of them did anyhing bad nor did anyone expect
any of them to do anything bad only some surprise contributions and typo
fixed could have been expected.

and all thats just besides that there was a 2/3 majority to kick uoti
in mplayer years before he was actually kicked after repeated vote with
unanimous result
