Once again, write more descriptive messages.

Be sure to answer the 2 question : What do you fix, and how do you fix it.

It requires a lot more effort to find out what ticket125 says. Don't
forget that we referred to bugs with roundup issues, and we kind of
lost the whole roundup database.

About "How" - in this case I can see that there is changed condition,
but I have no idea what the old one was supposed to do and I have no
idea what the new one is checking.

BTW, I like the WMADEC: starting label. I'm already using something
similar in my work repo.
