Looks like that when there is no window, SDL doesn't catch keyboard
input events.

I tend to prefer no keyboard events rather than a window with -nodisp
(indeed I proposed the patch because I was annoyed by the window
popping out when testing audio). What do you think?

But I can add some docs in ffplay.texi advertising this behavior.
