[FFmpeg-cvslog] build: add -L flags before existing LDFLAGS

build: add -L flags before existing LDFLAGS

This ensures the linker picks the just built libraries even
if LDFLAGS for some reason contains -L flags pointing at
other directories containing libav libraries.
