[FFmpeg-cvslog] imgutils: introduce internal image_get_linesize() and use it

imgutils: introduce internal image_get_linesize() and use it

Allow to factorize code between av_image_get_linesize() and
av_image_fill_linesizes(), and add missing checks.

Increase robustness.
