I don't think so, this is really just to raise metadata timecode with 24h
support. Timecode is just some kind of frame signature (it is actually a
frame id translated in some kind of fake timestamp), it should not affect
encode/decode pts/dts at all. Only some reported timecode information (in
metadata) should change.
