[FFmpeg-cvslog] asfdec: do not assume every AVStream has a corresponding ASFStream

asfdec: do not assume every AVStream has a corresponding ASFStream

This won't be true for ID3 attached picture.

Also stop allocating now useless dummy ASFStreams for ASF native
attached pictures.
