[FFmpeg-cvslog] floatdsp: move butterflies_float from dsputil to avfloatdsp.

floatdsp: move butterflies_float from dsputil to avfloatdsp.

This makes wmadec/enc, twinvq and mpegaudiodec (i.e. mp2/mp3)
independent of dsputil.
