ffmpeg | branch: master | Clément Bœsch <ubitux at gmail.com> | Fri May 24 11:10:22 2013 +0200| [cf6ed1f1293c2dd69b76d9246a916925b58b7bbf] | committer: Clément Bœsch

lavu/opencl: remove semi-colon from macro.

Fixes compilation when the macros are empty and the label above ends up
containing no statement. Also makes usage of these macro consistent
(some already have a semi colon, some others don't).

Fixes Ticket #2603
