[FFmpeg-cvslog] Use correct msvc type specifiers for ptrdiff_t and size_t.

Use correct msvc type specifiers for ptrdiff_t and size_t.

The Windows runtime aborts if it finds %t or %z.
Fixes ticket #3472.
