[FFmpeg-cvslog] buffersrc: avoid using AV_PIX_FMT_NB

buffersrc: avoid using AV_PIX_FMT_NB

That hardcodes the number of pixel formats into lavfi and will break
when a shared lavu is updated, adding new pixel formats.
