I need to generate a simple frame (using a single color as pattern) and I've just seen libav has a source called "color" which does this, but I couldn't find it on ffmpeg. But I found testsrc,  which seems do to almost the same thing, but it doesn't seem to be safe to use it because it's said "mainly intended foro testing porpuses"...
