Which decoder are you using to compare?  I couldn't find anything to
play Indeo 2 on a quick Google search. (OK, I was in a hurry and did not
really look closely..)  This is a bit of a problem right now, it's hard
to tell if problems just arise from the low-quality video or from your
decoder.
