[Ffmpeg-devel] missing frames with x264 when using b-frames

i noticed that when encoding with x264 via ffmpeg (raw output) latest x264
revision 270, that a number of frames get dropped which matches the number
of b-frames used. so when using 2 b-frames the output will have 2 frames to
few, when using 1b 1 frame is missing, not using b-frames leads to the
correct output framenumber

when using the libav mpeg-4 encoder with the same input this is not the
case, so it seems to be caused by x264 in ffmpeg
