[Ffmpeg-devel] FFMPEG and RTP RFCs (2032,2429,2250)

Hi,

I'm going to use avcodec.lib to code/decode some videos , send them with
RTP protocol and make some tests. I should use h263+, h261 and mpeg1/2
codecs. R the RTP rfc 2032, 2429 and 2250 already implemented?
If not, is there any implementation fo these RFCs?
