[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] getting basic parameters when demuxing AC3

Hi,
this patch assigns bitrate, sample-rate and number of channels when 
demuxing ac3 in raw mode.
Successfully tested with mencoder -demuxer 35, that otherwise fails.
