Hello Aigars,
I am having the same problems you wrote. Did you find a solution for them?
Besides, when I try to play the stream using WMP o RealPlayer, they show a few 
frames and they stopped while ffmpeg is still running.
I am using ffmpeg 0.4.9-r5 running on Gentoo 2.6.11-r9.
