[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] cleanup extralib usage in configure/Makefile

[j at v2v.cc]

attached patch moves all definitions of external dependencies into
configure instead of defining it in configure and the Makefiles in
a random fashion. this patch is only intended to make the build system
cleaner and thus better to maintain.
