Sorry that it took me so long, but i got caught by
some private business.
There are 5 people volunteering for the admin team:
(in alphabetical order)
Diego Biurrun <diego at biurrun.de> (MPlayer)
Corey Hickey <bugfood-ml at fatooh.org> (MPlayer)
Attila Kinali <attila at kinali.ch> (MPlayer)
Joey Parrish <joey at nicewarrior.org> (MPlayer)
M?ns Rullg?rd <mru at inprovide.com> (FFmpeg)
Unfortunately it's a bit biased torwards the MPlayer crew,
i would have liked it to be more balanced, but such is life.
I also dropped someone who applied but was not listed as
If you do have objections about anyone of those listed above
speak up now, either on one of the mailinglists of privately
to me (or someone else if you do not trust me :)
Additionaly to those above, Mike Melanson applied for
the post of the samples archivist. I guess this is ok for
everyone as this position does not require root rights.
I also would like to ask for permission to create two
mailinglists for the discussion of the administration
of mphq on my private mailserver. One public for everyone
who has a login or some other means of access to mphq
and one private only for those who have root.
The reason why i want it to be on an other server is,
that even in the case mphq fails completely that there
is some means of communication available.
