Hmm, that raises the stakes somewhat for VP6. Used to be that no one
cared about it. Now, the random Flash user might care. Remember, my
(public) work on the VP5 is the only thing that has triggered any kind
of implied legal threat so far:

Would probably be the same for VP6.

For my part, I am busy investigating VC-1/WMV3 support right now.
