[Ffmpeg-devel] Compilation error

In fact, the file ffmeg-doc.texi seems to have
something weird about it:

[braz at bashful doc]$ wc ffmpeg-doc.texi 
wc: ffmpeg-doc.texi:950: Invalid or incomplete
multibyte or wide character
   1206    6072   39434 ffmpeg-doc.texi

I am using Red Hat 8.0.
